The Cup of Dreams TeaRoom in Atlantic Beach, Florida, helps employ those with special needs to gain work experience. The menu comes with a pen for you to circle your order to make it easier for the staff members and the customers. Next to your circles, you can leave any notes for your server. This system makes it accessible to everyone involved. This tea room accepts walk-ins during its regular hours. If you have a large party, call ahead for reservations, but the room doesn’t accept parties larger than 21 people.

The tea room offers a homey atmosphere for you to sip from various types of teas and eat various snacks that pair well with your tea order. Some tea options you can choose from include:

  • Tea tray.
  • Unlimited pot of tea.

The environment can add to your experience as if you’re in London, England, enjoying afternoon tea with the room’s clean, white tablecloths, delicate teapots, and plates with floral designs. Some tea room menu items include:

It’s necessary to call to reserve your table in the room because the store doesn’t accept walk-ins. While you have your tea, there are plenty of gourmet sandwiches and condiments to savor. After finishing your tea and snacks, end with delicious chocolates or other sweets. The tea experience is $30 per person, and the à la carte tea prices are:

  • $2.50 for a cup of tea.
  • $5 for a pot of tea.

Children can experience a themed tea party called Fancy Nancy Teas. During this experience, kids can learn proper tea etiquette while wearing Fancy Nancy-inspired outfits. The store’s hosts read Fancy Nancy books to the children and show them how to create crafts based on the books. An Alice in Wonderland-themed tea is an alternative to the Fancy Nancy theme.
