This is a very satisfied customer letter.
On the 4th of May, my wife and I entered your dealership with thought of buying a replacement vehicle for a 2004 Corolla, bought in 2003. We were introduced to "Jackie" Saint-Pierre, and a polite, no pressure, professional service started. We looked at a Prius V, a RAV 4 and a Corolla LE. The Prius was eliminated because of the horizontally split back window, I found it too distracting. The RAV 4 was also turned down; we didn't need a second wagon. Our other car is a 2009 Venza and my wife, who drives more than I do,loves it. This process got us to a new Corolla. Jackie found the vehicle with various options that met my needs for transpiration. Thank you very much!
So why am I satisfied customer? I have owned several fine cars over the years; an Impala, Chevy Station Wagon, Two Ford Station Wagons, A Sunbeam Alpine, several motorcycles, Nissans, Hondas, Mazdas, two Saabs and a BMW. The purchase of the 2013 Corolla with Jackie's help is the first time that I did not feel uneasy with the seller. For the first time, I am satisfied and a happy driver. If I were Jackie's boss, I would find a way to reward her.
My experience with your dealership continued with Bridget Farmer during the financial phase. I came fully prepared to hand her an approved check from my credit union to complete the transaction. She found a low rate payment plan that is most satisfactory. She, like Jackie, is polite, knowledgeable and had the answers when questions were asked. Her financial acumen is at the top of the class.
Jackie and Bridget are professional women. Their performance, I am sure, is a reflection of your leadership, top of the line. Keep these two women and your dealership will continue to be the best.

I am a first time proud Toyota owner as of July 18, 2013 and since I am not too savvy on the computer, I am sending my survey to you in writing.
Having seen so many of your commercials expressing service as the predominant feature of your dealership, I knew I wanted to give my business to one that would honor it.

My name is Scott and I am a recent customer of your dealership. I wanted to take the opportunity to provide you feedback on my experience, but beforehand let me give you some background information.
I have been a 2006 Toyota Tundra owner since February 2007, and have been thoroughly pleased. I have 270,000 miles on in and it still runs like a dream. My plan has been to pay myself a car payment of $500 per month ever since it was paid off 2.5 years ago, so that I would have a sizeable down payment on a new Tundra. The old one was to go to my son that is 14 when he turns 16 in a year and a half. Needless to say, I was not in any hurry to buy a new truck, because I still had time. Well, that leads me to my experience at Keith Pierson Toyota.
I heard that Toyota was offering 0% on Tundra's so I thought that I would test the water to see what was out there. I live in Fleming Island, so I though that I would visit my local dealer and that is of course, yours. (By the way, I've never set foot in your doors until that day.) So on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 I walked into your doors. I was promptly met with a smiling face of a man named Alex Boyle. Alex first sat down with me to uncover my wants and needs and to create a road map to determine how we would spend our time together. After gathering what was important to me, he pulled up a beautiful Tundra Crew Max Platinum Edition, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Yet, in the corner of my eye, I saw an awesome black Tundra Crewmax Xsp-X, and Alex informed me that Toyota had created that package and that they did not make many of them. It was exactly what I wanted on every detail except one?Color. I wanted it in white. Again, I was not in any hurry to purchase, I had time as you know.
So now the rubber was beginning to meet the road so to speak, and Alex with out pressuring me, was able to show teamwork and collaboration by working with his peers and finding for me, a white version of the exact truck that I had been dreaming of for the past several years. I had never seen or heard of the Xsp-X package and now I was talking about buying one. Alex's sense of professionalism, work ethic, and business acumen made my dream truck become a reality. He took his personal time to locate, pick up, return and deliver my 2013 white Toyota Tundra Crewmax Xsp-X by 7:30 PM that same night. With all of this being said, Alex has exemplified the model sales person, not only while I was in the dealership but has followed up with me several times to ensure that my positive experience continued.
Your dealership and all of its employees made my Dream a Reality. I want you to know that your Sales Management Team including Asif and Efrain also were exceptional and worked hard to make me happy,. Bob in Finance made the painful part of buying a car a joy and is definitely a huge asset to your organization. Lastly, Tom in the Service Dept. is extremely professional and I look forward to dealing with him for all of my service needs.
By the way, I have been in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales for 20 years and it is not easy to impress me in the way that Keith Pierson Toyota has.,
