ToyotaCare Maintenance Coverage
Whether you purchase or lease a new vehicle from us, it’ll come with the same maintenance plan. ToyotaCare provides coverage for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. All you need to do is bring your Toyota to our service center, and we’ll take care of all the necessary maintenance based on the factory schedule for your car. And if you move or take a road trip, you won’t have to worry about service because Toyota dealerships nationwide participate in the ToyotaCare plan.
ToyotaCare covers all routine services. Once your Toyota reaches the six-month or 5,000-mile mark, you can expect a complimentary multi-point inspection, a tire rotation, and a top-off of all your vehicle’s fluids. And you won’t have to worry about scheduling an oil change until your Toyota reaches 10,000 miles. So when it hits that milestone, you can expect an oil change and a repeat of the above services.
At your vehicle’s 18-month or 15,000-mile interval, we’ll again rotate the tires, check all the fluids, and perform another multi-point inspection, but we won’t change the oil. Breakdowns can be distressing, but knowing you have a roadside assistance plan can ease some of your worries. For example, what if your car’s battery suddenly fails? All you have to do is call the number, and a technician will come to jump-start your car and test its electrical system to determine what went wrong. The battery might be the problem, but it could also be a failing alternator not providing the proper recharge. Once you know the cause, you can schedule service online and our technicians can replace the battery or fix whatever issue your vehicle has.
Of course, nobody plans to run out of fuel. But your ToyotaCare plan has your back if this happens to you. We’ll send you enough fuel to reach the nearest filling station. Or if you’re rushing to work and accidentally lock your keys in your car, ToyotaCare covers a lockout service.
